Jason Isaacs and Hannah Quinlivan star in this action film set in a fictional Pacific island where a dormant volcano threatens to erupt. Theme park owner Jack Harris (Isaacs) dismisses scientist Li Xiaomeng (Quinlivan) when she warns him that an eruption is increasingly likely. However, his obstinance proves foolish when the eruption happens and thousands of people’s lives are at risk.
