The film follows Ai Shima (Sairi Ito), a young girl sent to live with a religious cult by her mother. After dropping out, Ai finds herself staying with a number of different families before forming a strong bond with Ryota (Kenta Suga), a fellow dropout with links to a number of shady characters in the city.
