The cameras, or eyeborgs, seem to be doing their jobs, until police agent, R.J. ‘Gunner’ Reynolds (Adrian Paul) and punk-rock rebel Jarett start to notice people are disappearing and the robots are involved. The pair must find a way to go to Jarett’s uncle, the President, and put an end to the silent tyranny of the robots.
